After 14 years, John is still happily serving the Federal Way community, as well as South King and Pierce County. Over the years, he has built a reliable network that consists of both part distributors and other appliance repair technicians. He’s a local business owner who supports local businesses. As a member of the Federal Way community and a single dad to two boys, John has played an active role in coaching, directing and officiating within the Federal Way baseball league. John first learned to fix appliances during his 5-year service as an electrician in the Navy. After he finished his service to the Navy, he started his career in appliance repair as a service technician with Maytag and has been fixing appliances ever since. John has also worked for other major appliance repair companies, such as Sears. He has experience with completing repairs of all name brand and high-end appliances including Amana, Bosch, Dacor, Electrolux, Frigidaire, GE, Jenn Air, Kenmore, KitchenAid, LG, Samsung, U-Line and Whirlpool.
After working for name brand repair companies, John realized that he wanted to provide customers with a more personal experience.
